kat Diva replied: "Usually made in China is a big clue , You can go on line or if the stores are near you go take a look cost nothing to browse then when you are within reach of the fake take a look exam your purchase . For my self I brought a pair of knok off coach sunglasses and sure enough they fell apart , I was so excited by the look that i forgot to look for the made in China mark China is very proud of their products."

If you don't buy it directly from the store bearing the same name like, Chanel it is most likely a knockoff.
If you buy it from a street vender it is a knockoff.
If you buy it online or from a smaller retailer for 1/3 or 1/2 the price of the Chanel store or Gucci etc. It is a knock off, no if, ands or buts about it. Chanel and Gucci and others sell their bags to retailers at a very high wholesale price so that way the ensure the retailer will have to sell it for a high price in order to make any money."
XmadgalX replied: "If it says made in China then they are probably fake. Real Dior and Chanel are made in Italy or France, or somewhere like that.
Also the purse or glasses would say the name on the inside of the purse and on the side of the sunglasses. Plus it depends on how much you paid for them. Real sunglasses from Dior or Chanel cost around $300 and purses quite alot too. If you got them real cheap then they may be fake or a couple of seasons old."

11:11 replied: "There are replica manufacturers that reproduce these items to the T! It is impossible to distinguish the real from the fake with these manufacturers. They have the bags, tags, stitching, buttons, everything that the real ones have. These knockoffs aren't cheap though. They run for $100 and up. Same with the watches."
